To setup a new mailbox:
- Small Boxes - 3” Wide x 6” High (3 Months, 6 Months and 12 Months)
- Medium Boxes - 5” Wide x 6” High (6 Months and 12 Months)
- Large Boxes - 11” Wide x 6” High (6 Months and 12 Months)
- Complete the Mailbox Service Agreement (click here to print it).
- Complete (USPS form 1583 (click here to print it).
Form 1583 must be notarized (outside the United States,
you must have it notarized at the U.S. Embassy).
Mail the completed forms to us. We'll call you when we receive them.
